The Deltech HTDN Series non-cycling high inlet temperature refrigerated air dryer is designed to efficiently dry compressed air with inlet temperatures up to 180°F. The HTDN Series features an adjustable timed electric drain, widely spaced inlet and outlet connections, lighted on/off switch, dew point temperature indicator, and fault light. The top mount fan allows installation in tight spaces and the bottom base rail has pre-drilled mounting holes for a secure floor mount. The stainless steel brazed plate heat exchangers with integral demister separator ensure optimal heat transfer for the life of the dryer and the two-stage separator/filter removes condensed oil and water over a wide range of flows.

The nano-purification solutions BAC Breathing Air Dryer houses a Nano F1 water separator and 0.01 micron coalescing filter with automatic condensate drains and an AC activated carbon adsorber to remove moisture, oil aerosols, odors and taste to 0.003ppm. The unit complies with CGA7.1 OSHA Grade D (US) and CSA Z180.1-13 (Canada) breathing air standards. Standards include a maximum oil content of 5 mg/m3, 19.5 to 23.5% allowable O2 range, 10ppm maximum CO level, and 1,000ppm maximum CO2 level.
